Behaviour: Installer hangs up on starting services. Expected behaviour: Installer should finish successfully. There is no free download. Log is over 1 GB big. I uploaded logs without error message err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"MakeVDDRegEntry.B391C188_6953_11D4_82CB_00D0B72E1DB9" returned 1603 They are for sure useless so I'm uploading log with err: message.
