On a guess this seems to be the same error. Crashing at startup on a null pointer dereference. It's now available as part of the Wine 2.0.rc1 source. So if other people can test it that would be great. Also if the original bug reporter can test on their MacOS again as it would be giid to see if this bug is related or if I need to create another one.
