First, I looked in wingdi.h. It does seem to have the wgl prototypes now. Second, I downloaded http://www.codesampler.com/source/ogl_primitive_types.zip, first ran the provided copy, and it worked. Then I took the source and compiled it with wineg++. It compiled fine and ran. Therefore, I believe the original problem is now solved in the current git tree. Now I know that the prototypes are still stdcall. However I don't see any problem with this simple test.
