The problem: there is no obvious in-game feature that could trigger this code path. I'm almost certain this is the case on Windows as well. It's very likely that the game just gets away by chance under Windows because there is no floating point code in the userspace exit path that could trigger floating point exceptions (remaining win32 API callouts). Windows kernel code (ring0 user32/gdi32) is not subject to this problem by design. I don't think rewriting user32/gdi32 code to not use floating point or using expensive FPU control word store/restore is viable here. My proposal: 'WONTFIX'.
