A major or critical bug would be something that stops the application from
running entirely.

It doesn't make any sense to try load windows printer drivers, as we need to
communicate to the printer through the Cups or lpr backends.  Wine does not
support direct communication with most hardware.

Fixing this bug probably requires some restructuring of wineps.drv.
