If the program worked under 0.9.45, but doesn't under 0.9.46 (and by work, I mean lost functionality, not printing fixme's), please run a regression test: http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting and post the results here. Singleplay works just fine, the only things that do not work is connecting to b.net and joining LAN games.
