First you have to install msxml4.
wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks sh ./winetricks msxml4

You can try 'winetricks cc580' as a workaround. Someone sugested I use schannel or something last time but not sure how to add that to wine or even if it is the right thing to do. This is the same point I got stuck at with the previous version and any help would be appreciated. What are you trying to fix? Have you already done 'winetricks msxml4'?
