[Bug 7422] Application developed in VB6.0, using the Richtx32.ocx to edit text file dont work.

I found the Microsoft Site Out of memory error message using the Rich Textbox
control http://support.microsoft.com/kb/236286.
If you downloads the file of Richedfx.exe and performs it on its computer of
wine the mistake disappears like for magic!"

So, the upshot is: the bug is caused by apps that
redistribute the wrong version of richtx32.ocx, and is not a wine bug.
