There are currently 4 points of failure:
- rsaenh/rsaenh.c AcquireContext incorrectly returned an error
- CredUIReadSSOCredW not implemented
- builtin msxml3 doesn't work (yet, see #8498)
- when working around this, msn silently doesn't connect, and 
WINEDEBUG=+winsock crashes, probably related

There are potentially other failures too, since I haven't gotten further yet.
I sent patches for the first 2, submitted bug report for third, and not sure 
what to do about 4th.
