It needs the .NET 4.5 framework, so I installed it. I worked around a mkdir() problem in mscorlib, but when the installer says 'Updating XML files' then msiexec.exe crashes. I'm running the latest development version of Wine. Setup instructions are included below and the backtrace is added as attachment.
