[Bug 14355] New: Can not install Net Framework 2.0

I copied it to system32. Now dll loads, but setup is still unsuccessful. Which one? Since I did not get anyone else to get this error, this had not been fixed for ages. So how did you install .NET 2.0 Framework? Outline exact steps. Did you do this on 'clean' WINEPREFIX? Windows version? A 'manual' installation besides winetricks requires certain knowledge (all showstopper bugs are known) and is *not* recommended for the casual user. Any missing step makes this bug report automagically a duplicate.
