It displays the "Mis-configured or full server" message dialog. In Wine 1.3.7 it works. It sends a message to the server and waits 3 seconds for the response. Be sure you have direct connection to the internet and if not check if you have NAT enabled for your IP or if you have made the correct port mappings to receive the UDP responses from the server.
