I can reproduce this bug with the iTunes application (64-bit):

Reverting
commit c20abdb856139f156ceab0afbb8454e0ad79f0a4
fixes the problem for me.

Tested in wine-10.15-176-gd1c5f774694

iTunes64Setup.exe
