[Bug 23500] New: Steam windows won't close sometimes

They start to fade out as if they're going to, but then pop back up. I can consistently reproduce this via.. 1) Right click the system tray icon for steam, and click "Library". 2) Right click the system tray icon for steam again, and click "Friends". 3) Try to click the close button on the steam Friends window. It will not work. Note #1: The order seems semi-important. I don't know why, but it apparently doesn't work AS consistently switching 1 & 2. Note #2: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23353 this same bug marked as solved is not solved. I replied, but it was not re-opened and I see nowhere else to request it to be re-opened manually, so I'm assuming I needed to post a new report.
