Tested with wine-1.1.11 in a clean WINEPREFIX. I also applied this trick which is explained in the appdb: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=296 This makes no difference. I have created a short capture where you can see the problem: http://mitglied.lycos.de/mrcalhoun/tiberian_sun.avi The output of wine is attached. The videos run fine if I activate OSS in Audio tab of winecfg.
