Program EMS SQL Manager 2007 (and some other programs like WhereisIt) can't be
minimalized properly. Program hides for a second and them appears again.

http://www.sqlmanager.net/en/products/postgresql/manager/download.

First spotted in WINE 1.1.2.

I've done Regression Testing:
