Did you try it on a clean 1.9.11 install? The installation worked for me.
Also, you might need "winetricks mdac28" for running it, but I didn't get it to
work yet.

Amateur Contact Log 6.6 installs fine with Wine 5.0-rc2 and "winetricks -q
dotnet40".

On startup you get a messagebox with a REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG when creating an MDB
file.

"winetricks -q mdac28" still leads to another messagebox:
