No custom fonts but 16 bit apps are not that common anymore. Bug 6452 map editor
problem also was bisected to the same commit.

Start the tester.exe then set focus on the Yellow dual 4 line lcd simulation and
then function key 1 should cause the text displayed to update. The white window
(tester.exe) with the numbers counting up in its left corner should continue to
run.
