[Bug 7237] catia r5v16 doesn't install: "copy *.exe" fails.

For the record, the install completes with the following log warning:

err:module:import_dll Library MSVCIRT.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\Dassault Systemes\\B17\\intel_a\\code\\bin\\ITC_M33.dll") not found

and the following app log file:
"CORBARuntime_post
WARNING Get Domain Name Server failed
Registry Key S was not found
Environment variable IT_LOCAL_DOMAIN cannot be initialized in file c:\Program
Files\Dassault Systemes\B17\intel_a\startup\orbix\config\common.cfg"

but it completes.  Presumably installing visual C++ 6 runtimes before
installing, by e.g. running "winetricks vcrun6", would
take care of some of the warnings.

The next step is entering in the license (see 
http://www.catiastudent.com/support_student.htm for a walkthrough).
It looks like the tool they use to query the system for the
node id doesn't work, I'll file a bug for that next.
