However, the log shows that some old registry keys still exist, and removing them might help. (GUID 98230571-0087-4204-b020-3282538e57d3) Open regedit and delete the keys (both the 32/64 versions). Videos in Ghostrunner play fine. But in other game The Medium(also Unreal Engine game) intro videos play ok but in game menu video is frozen on one frame. Reports with dxvk and vkd3d-proton are not valid on this issue tracker.
For me the game works with davamand on dx11 mode - the intro movie and even the billboard video of the Echoes level work with the current implementation ( Bug 50607 ).

I'm sorry, I probably didn't write clearly enough. The problem is already solved for my machine by ee0e10be895fa4e2660917ff87013212fd547a94.
