Can be reproduce with the demo version too. Tried 'orm=backbuffer', 'strictdrawordering=enabled', disabling GLSL but none of them fixed the issue. The problem doesn't exist with the CSMT patchset. The bug is present in Deus Ex: Invisible War too.

I didn't confirm. With unmodified wine-1.7.41 I see no glitches. AMD HD6670, OSX Linux Nvidia binary drivers bug?
