I will attempt to use CVS to pinpoint the exact time when the problem occurred.
I know that it was between 20030408 and whatever the next release was. At the
time I was building directly out of CVS and not using any precompiled binaries
so I know that it is somewhat later than 20030408 but exactly how much later I
can't say. It might take me a few days to do it, though. Hopefully the trace
file will help in the meantime.
