Terminal output

Downloading Warcraft 3 via the Battle.net account (no matter if Reign of Chaos
or The Frozen Throne), executing it and choosing a non-english language (in my
case german (Deutsch)) causes the installer to get stuck after a few seconds on
updating the Battle.net-Updater with ~50% progress. In the attachments is the
terminal output (The Frozen Throne).

Same on wine-3.15 (Staging) (just confirming staging is affected too) and a
german warcraft 3 install.

Today (or recently) there was a new warcraft 3 update, installing it stalled.
Aborting and retrying the update stalls every time. I finally registered my
keys at the battle net website and downloaded the installer, which stalled too
when using the german setting in the installer.

A new installation with the english language setting worked.
