[Bug 22654] New: Will not install Phone Tools CD

Which is a real shame as These modems are the only ones that can work even when the computer is off. So I am stuck with the Windows phone tools CD and specifically BVRP which is excellent - if you have Windows. Needless to say, WINE won't look at it. With Setup.exe, it instantly stops with: "InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. All my computers are now Windows 7.
