[Bug 878] - Icons arent transparent if Managed='Y'

Using the test program in bug 856 the background for the icon is black even if I
have "managed" = "N". RedHat 7.2 latest CVS "oleaut32" = "native, builtin". Is
there anything else that I should have checked or set?
