I was missing a few test cases in the VarCat function.  I have created a patch
that resolves the issue.  I tried it out on ChurchWindows and it got a bit
farther this time.

I have not submitted the patch yet but it sent it to wine-devel@ to get
comments.  You can download the patch from the link below.  Any feedback would
be greatly appreciated.
