Allows pulseaudio to use the idsdriver interface, making it almost as fast as using native pulseaudio calls for as far as directsound is concerned. Thus, I think this may actually be an invalid bug for Wine, and I'll report it to the Ubuntu bugtracker as well, but I don't have the expertise to be sure.
