DirectX 10 is disabled and this issue appears on all quality settings with different size of textures and so on. The picture shown in attachments was in the lowest settings as you can clearly see the textures being loaded without lights and effects. Wine version is wine-3.0-rc4-27-g9aeb3b98f8 (latest dev at the time I'm writing those lines), no patchset applied -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. CSMT seems to fix all the issues referenced above although this still looks like a regression to me as no AppDB mentions the need of CSMT

Did this use to work?
