An extra pack which can run independently can be downloaded here: http://caras.rassyai.com/~tgl-kikaku/materialbrave_ee1.zip It hangs on starting and wine complains "wined3d_cs wait timed out". The deadlock probably happens when d3d9_device_GetBackBuffer is called.
