Other custom context-based cursors, however, will display when no buttons are held down (e.g. the hand icon when the mouse is over the footlocker, or the arrow when hovering over doors). I'm just writing to confirm that what David has said here is correct. Hardware mouse cursor is fixed for me in SW:KOTOR, which is much better - the software cursor image and clickpoint was a bit out of sync.
