If possible, could you run a regression test[1]? [1] https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/wikis/Regression-Testing -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. After maximising the window, it shows a mix of the content from before maximising the window, a black empty area, and a white border. After GOG Galaxy was closed, while it was maximised, it will happen again when starting it the next time. This sometimes caused fast flickering in black and white on my entire screen, but that did not happen recently. Perhaps something was improved in Wine since then, or maybe it only happens while using DXVK. On my laptop with Intel i7-1360P graphics, the GOG Galaxy client is all black when maximized on Wine 10.19, and all white when maximized on Wine 10.20. For me, there was no Wine version where it rendered correctly while maximized. I think that when it was working on your computer the GOG window might not have been actually maximized, or you just got lucky and it rendered correctly by chance. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. The problem with the white screen is gone. And yes, I've enlarged the screen to the borders because maximizing don't work correctly. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59162 --- Comment #6 from 9427421240@posteo.net --- This issue still happens on my computer, while the window is maximised. When maximising the window, this is written to the log: 0120:fixme:dwmapi:DwmExtendFrameIntoClientArea (0001013C, 0022DA90) stub Before and after maximising the window, there is another message written multiple times to the log, which could be related to https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58976 and perhaps this issue: 0254:fixme:dxgi:d3d11_swapchain_Present1 Ignored present parameters 0022F120. DXVK was installed but not used while testing this; d3d11 and dxgi were set to the built-in versions in "winecfg". http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59162 --- Comment #7 from 9427421240@posteo.net --- While testing this again, the "Update available"-pop-up appeared while the window was maximised, and the window began to flicker, writing these messages multiple times to the log quickly: 0254:fixme:dxgi:wined3d_bind_flags_from_dxgi_usage Unhandled DXGI usage 0x40. 0254:fixme:dxgi:d3d11_swapchain_Present1 Ignored present parameters 0022F130. Occasionally, the flickering stuttered once for less than half a second with the following written to the log: 019c:err:d3d:wined3d_context_gl_set_pixel_format wglSetPixelFormatWINE failed to set pixel format 81 on device context 00000000. The flickering also seems to happen after the window is maximised for a while. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
