No need to run winetricks mdac28.
Running winetricks native_mdac and then running the app's installer twice
suffices.  
App's installer still fails on .net 1.1 install, but I worked
around that by rerunning just the part that failed with native dcom.
It then crashes on an actctx problem, sigh. 

I'll file a new bug for the .net installer problem.
