[Bug 8674] Safari crashes on startup

This is what I did:

0. apply attached gdi patch / make / make install
1. rm -rf ~/.wine
2. sh winetricks vcrun2005 corefonts
3. copy c:\Program Files\Safari from a Windows installation
4. regsvr32 .wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Safari/WebKit.dll
5. cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Safari/
6. wine ./Safari.exe

It's not pretty, but it runs.
