Hmm. I don't see those messages with 1.3.8. Instead, I see
fixme:wininet:IsHostInProxyBypassList STUB: flags=3 host=signup.hellokittyonline.com length=27
when I click on that button. Doesn't seem to be msxml3 anymore?
