Attaching the output from running:

../../tools/widl/widl -d1 -I. -I. -I../../include -I../../include 
-D__WINESRC__ -D_SHDOCVW_  -t -T shdocvw_v1.tlb shdocvw_v1.idl &> widl-output

in the dlls/shdocvw directory.
