[Bug 40472] New: TIDAL crashes
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40472 Bug ID: 40472 Summary: TIDAL crashes Product: Wine Version: 1.9.7 Hardware: x86 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: pierre-bugzilla(a)ossman.eu Distribution: --- Just starting TIDAL on a fresh installation causes it to crash. No idea why at this point. Bug 38825 was about a previous such crash, but that should be fixed as I'm running wine 1.9.7. Log attached for command: WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\TIDAL\\TIDAL.exe" 2>tidal.log -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. With that, TIDAL complains about MSVCP140.dll. Try to install vcrun2015 with the latest winetricks. Be aware that for example winetricks in ubuntu is not up to date and can not install vcrun2015.exe -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. The log was apparently a bit too large. I've attached a compressed version instead now. The download link for TIDAL is: http://download.tidal.com/desktop/TIDALSetup.msi Starting it from the proper directory doesn't help. And I get no complaints about missing DLLs. I'm on Fedora 23. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40472 --- Comment #5 from Nikolay Sivov <bunglehead(a)gmail.com> --- It starts for me in 32-bit prefix, with a black main window only though. I suspect the problem is CEF, and no, I don't see that msvcp140 is necessary. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
