[Bug 18091] New: Regression: Morrowind detects wine-1.1.19 (in win98 mode) as a debugger

This effect does not happen with 1.1.18, there Morrowind runs without problems. I tried to reproduce this again now and found that a debugger is reported for both wine versions (if set to win98). Since it seems to work with wine set to win2k for 1.1.18 and for neither wine version when compiled by hand from git, I propose closing this as WORKSFORME, at least until I (or someone else) can provide further hints.
