I saw such line in the installing log:

fixme:atl80:AtlCreateRegistrar (0x33fd0c) stub
--- snip ---

The application no longer crash after setting "atl80.dll" to native in winecfg.

AtlCreateRegistrar missing is bug 30512

Does the patch there help?

After applying that patch, the installer prints the below log:

After installation, the application still crashes.
