Same result here with FCB1010.exe and Wine wine-20050725-3.2, 0.9.26, 0.9.29.

When a sysex is received by the application we see:
> wine FCB1010.exe
> fixme:midi:midRecThread Unhandled event received, type = 29
> fixme:midi:midRecThread Sysex received but no buffer to store it!
> fixme:midi:midRecThread Sysex received but no buffer to store it!
> fixme:midi:midRecThread Sysex received but no buffer to store it!

and only part of the sysex is recognized by the application (fcb1010.exe,
http://www.mtnsys.com/faq-fcb/PCEditorBeta.htm).  kmidimon sees the entire 
sysex, and "cat /dev/midi" dumps the entire sysex as well.
