The app seems to be Delphi based, with custom skinning. You have to resize the window (borders) to have some content shown. There is a modal dialog on top of the main ui which can't be dismissed (ui isn't visible, press 'enter' and another one gets shown, without content). Not an appdb bug. Wine version?
