Wine 10.8 console output

With Wine 10.8, and following a successful install, Muziic produces a logo
screen stating "An Error Has Occured" [sic]. AFAICT this is before the update
is attempted (Bug 23147). Same with Staging 10.8

$ sha1sum file
9643a05371ebc952e5fb1fe6d36c1ce2d9df29b9  file
(The file downloads as literally "file")

The installation looks for vb6run when registering some DLLs, but its presence
doesn't appear to make a difference.
