SUCCESS!! I just verified that your patch makes NxView to run with vanilla  
2.6.18. My problem was that normally I'm using Ingo Molnar's exec-shield 
patch, which causes troubles EVEN when it's disabled with echo 0
> /proc/sys/kernel/exec-shield. Now I patched it totally off and finally it
