However, when launching application, it crashes. Try doing
cd $HOME rm -rf ~/.wine wget winetricks.org/winetricks sh winetricks dotnet20
before installing the app, maybe.
But according to http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=8626 the app doesn't run well in wine, so you're probably out of luck.

Your dotnet20 installation is broken. I tested it on the day of report (see my comment). Like many other bugs invalid from the beginning (tainted WINEPREFIX, skipping of recipe steps).
