This did not happen with earlier versions (like 1.1.2) as can be seen in the AppDB. It complains that Wine is trying to lock a already locked connection. A fixme of "WineD3D_ChoosePixelFormat : Add OpenGL context recreation support to SetDepthStencilSurface" is found just before that line. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15298 --- Comment #3 from Divan Burger <divan.burger(a)gmail.com> 2008-10-01 12:33:50 --- Sorry, was away for while I have a Nvidia GeForce 7300 GT without Compiz Driver Version: 173.14.12 I found that it is possible to run the game if in virtual desktop mode but there is another bug that causes the inside view to start at 0,0 (top-left) which is outside the window frame. I ran the regression test could not find any patch that caused it because even in the wine version where it worked it now does not.
