This is a bug with joins:

trace:msi:MsiDatabaseOpenViewA 2 "SELECT DISTINCT Component, ComponentId FROM
FeatureComponents, Component WHERE
FeatureComponents.Component_=Component.Component AND (Feature_='feat.WrksTasks')
ORDER BY Feature_" 0x7da1b07c
