TeXnicCenter is an open-source WYSIWYG TeX editor. It does not start under Wine
1.1.26.

The application starts for me after installing the Visual C++ 6 redist with
winetricks vcrun6 (http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks), so this bug is invalid.
