Steps to reproduce:
1 - Browse to https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/shortlog
2 - Type anything in the search box and press enter.

Complete dialog box text from Firefox:

Actually if you take a look at the page source every link points to http://
instead of inheriting the current scheme.

I'm not sure when it was fixed, but all the links on that page are https:// now
and searching works without any warnings.
