[Bug 2048] Cant attach or forward attached files on Lotus Notes (5.0.8)

How to reproduce: - open Notes client (I'm using 5.0.11) - click "New Memo" to create a new mail message - click in the message body - choose the "File"->"Attach..." menu item and select a file. - after clicking "Create", the error message appears.
