[Bug 10936] New: wine cannot switch 32bit to 16bit

Now I seem the application tries to convert screen from 32bit to 16 bit and this throws an unhandled exception. Logfile is attached. Looks invalid to me. Wine can not change bpp because Xorg does not support that. Are you using compiz/beryl? Also What video card? What drivers? Maybe the issue is really that wine cannot change the color depth from 32bit to 16 and viceversa, because same game installation runs with 16bit and is fully working. No 32bit change is called.
