[Bug 15360] New: THis program will not load!

When i run it in terminal i get some erors. You can find the error on your forums http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=2372 . I have installed the needed direct x components (i think) and have the C++ 2005 Red. installed. I have not installed it yet, i'm trying to run the installer. If your talking about wine, i ran apt-get install wine. How did you install it? Won't install for me.
I can't install it.. Thats the thing.. It won't "Load". I realized a few days ago (sorry for not adding this) that the startup.exe is a loader for the install program that is in the above package.. Thats the reason why i didn't include a startup.exe It won't load at all! Thats the thing.. "Halo editing kit won't load". Sorry for the frustration, I've tried reformating, getting a new hardrive, and even using a different computer. After attempting to initiate the install, a dialog box pops up with a path ("C:\maps\mainmenu.map" in my case), then the install fails.
